  • I really struggle to understand the switching cost for gas, electricity and telecom from the retail customers side. For telecom you can get that much cashback that you save a lot of money even if you plan to overlap two plans for two months. Customers who do not change are milked. The strategy to overcharge royal customers is not good in my opinion.

    • Depends how well the switching system works, eg fighting through a double invoicing case (both your previous and new utility thinking you’re with them) can be a royal pain.
