For value investing beginners, what tools would you recommend? I’ve tried Notion and Obsidian, but the APIs and plugins nearly drove me crazy. I also gave journalytics.com and stockxy.com a shot. The former comes with a lot of built‑in workflows that feel like they embed investment discipline into the system—great concept, but I’m not sure how it plays out in real practice. The latter is more like a Notion‑style trading journal; I haven’t really started using it yet. I also tried TradingView, but it felt a bit overwhelming and seems better suited for day trading.
Could you help evaluate these software options and then put together a blog post on tool selection?
